Hi, my name is Dimitris Zahos.
I'm a filmmaker and director based in Athens, Greece.
For the last decade, I have been directing and producing films as a founding member of Long Shot Films, as well as designing projections at theaters such as the National Theater of Greece, State Theater of Northern Greece, Onassis Stegi and the Athens & Epidaurus Festival.
After a long run with my work at festivals or smaller venues with my short films, in 2024 I was grateful to co-direct with long time friend and colleague Thanasis Kafetzis, my first feature documentary Loxy.
